Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 4 guests). Of the extra guests 2 may be an adult.

Cancellations:

Strict cancellation policies apply. Cancellation notified more than 28 days prior to the booking will incur a $30 (incl GST) cancellation fee. Cancellation notified 28 days or less and more than 14 days prior to departure will forfeit the full deposit or 50% of the total booking whichever is less. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the booking will forfeit all monies paid. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $30 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date.

The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

Coming from Adelaide, go through Elizabeth, take the Gawler bypass and turn off to Clare and Kapunda. Then turn off immediately to Kapunda. As you come into Kapunda turn left into Hancock Road and then immediately left into Old Adelaide Road. Kapunda Cottage is Number 27 on your right.

Cleanliness		Thankyou for the great stay at Kapunda Cottage. The service, as in information and directions prior to arrival and Sue coming to check if we needed anything, was great. The Cottage a step back in time with lots of olde worlde pictures, furniture and not much alteration to original structure, however, all the comforts of home available. It was very homely to come back at the end of our tour around the area, light the fire and cook a meal. Kapunda itself has a load of history and we enjoyed our stay very much. Cleanliness		Kapunda Cottage was freezing. Open fire did not have enough wood supplied. Two electric heaters only just warmed rooms ! Suspect cooling will be an issue in summer. Australia Monday, 08 Aug 2011 place Management Response I am very sorry your stay in our cottage was not as comfortable as we would hope. Unfortunealtely our wood supply was a bit low, which we have now rectified and we are looking to update the air conditioning, which is a bit of a pity, because the age and setup of the cottage does not suit modern conveniences, but we do have to look after our guests in winter and summer conditions. Cleanliness		Enjoyed a beautiful stay. Only negative comment that can be made would be the old fridge in the kitchen. Too noisy when its running.
